The Mid-autumn Festival is one of the most important festivals in China. Before the festival, many shops sell mooncakes, round cakes with meat, eggs, nuts or something sweet inside. On the Mid-autumn Festival, each family get together and have a big dinner.
In the evening we eat mooncakes and all kinds of fruit, such as apples, pears, grapes and watermelons. We look up at the sky, and enjoy the begger and brighter moon. Our grandparents will tell us the story of Chang‘e again.
