　　There is always a smile on his face even during the hardest times. He couldn't even speak putonghua wel. "I was not a famous coach, and I didn't have any big achievenment as a player," he said. This is ChenZzhonghe, China's women volleyball team's head coach. He led his team to win the World Cup in 2003, the first time in 17 years. The team then won at the 2004 Athens Olympics.
       
        　　When they lost games, people were angry with him, or laughed at him. But he was sure the team could get over all difficulties. "Sunlight always comes after wind and rain, " said Chen.
