七只老鼠的南瓜车
导读：他们冲到那只南瓜前，用锋利的牙齿咬开洞洞。他们吃啊，吃啊，吃啊，不仅品尝了美味的南瓜肉还有可口的南瓜籽。最后，他们的肚子变得滚圆滚圆才心满意足地作罢！南瓜园的初秋，跑进了七只野老鼠，他们正在逃避一只可怕的大猫。他们冲进了层层叠叠的绿色南瓜藤和南瓜叶，上面正结满了又大又圆的南瓜。

高傲的猫就像无头苍蝇一样四处寻找但一无所获，最后只好灰溜溜地走了。

“万岁，我们现在安全了！”
“Hooray,wearesafenow!”
当他们出来时，被眼前的情景给深深地吸引了。大南瓜叶像荷叶一般大，而南瓜经过一个夏天的日照已呈金黄色。

最小的一只老鼠伸出了鼻子，非常近地靠近一只南瓜，他闻了一下便笑了：

“太棒了，好甜呀！这肯定是我见过的最大的南瓜了！我饿了，我猜它呆在我肚子里会比较好！”

另外六只老鼠也饿了：
“逃跑消耗能量！”

他们打着饱嗝从南瓜里爬出来，当看见自己伟大的作品时全都笑了：

“啊哈，看呀，这南瓜已经千疮百孔了！”
“Aha,look,thepumpkinhasholeshereandthere!”
最小的老鼠突然有了一个好主意便叫道：
“为什么不把它滚起来就像南瓜车一样，这肯定非常有趣！”
Thesmallestmousesuddenlyhadagoodideaandshouted:
“Whynotrollitasapumpkincart.Itmustbeveryinteresting!”
另外的六只老鼠附和道：
“想做就做！”
Othersixmiceallagreed:
“Justdoit!”
于是他们全都爬进了南瓜壳里使劲全力地往前推：
“一，二，三，出发！”
Thentheyallenteredthepumpkinshellandpusheditaheadforcefully:
“One,two,three,go!”
正在这个时候，这只不死心的猫又折回来了。
Justatthattime,thecatunwillingtogiveupreturnedback.
当他看见如此巨大的南瓜向他滚过来并且洞里闪着亮亮的眼睛，耳边听着震耳欲聋的歌声，他吓得高声尖叫：
“鬼来了！”
Whenhesawsuchgiantpumpkinrolledathimwithbrighteyesshininginholesandheardthedeafeningsong,hescreamed:
“Ghostiscoming!”
这只猫害怕地逃跑了并且再也没有回来过。

老鼠们欢呼并齐声高唱着：
“南瓜车，南瓜车，
金黄又漂亮，
我们驾驶着你。
南瓜车，南瓜车，
巨大又勇敢，
你能打败邪恶。
南瓜车，南瓜车，
属于七只老鼠。
…”
Allthemicecheeredupandsang:
“Pumpkincart,pumpkincart,
Orangeandbeautiful,
Weareyourgreatdriver.
Pumpkincart,pumpkincart,
Giantandbrave,
Youcandefeattheevil.
Pumpkincart,pumpkincart,
Belongtosevenmice.
…”
