冠词冠词需要掌握——
1。不定冠词a和an。a用在发音以辅音开头的名词之前，而an则用在发音以元音开头的名词之前。如：a student，an orange。
不定冠词指表示某一类人或某事物中的任何一个，第一次提到某人或某物时，表示人或事物的某一种类，表示“每一”。
2。定冠词the的用法：
1)定冠词特指某(些)人或某(些)事物，以区别于同类中其他的人或事物；
2)指上文中已提到过的人或事物；
3)表示世界上独一无二的事物；
4)用在方位名词之前；
5)定冠词与单数名词连用时，表示这一类人或物；
6)定冠词与某些形容词连用时，使形容词名词化，表示某一类人；
7)定冠词还用在序数词、形容词最高级前；
8)用在演奏乐器的名称前；
9)用在姓名复数之前，表示一家人。
3。不用冠词的情况：
球类运动、三餐、四季、月份、星期、学科前；某些专有名词前，如：Teachers' Day；不特指的不可数名词和可数名词的复数前；还有一些固定短语也不用冠词，需要背记和积累。

2.B。Mother's Day这个专有名词前面不用冠词。
3.B。不定冠词a用在名词前表一类事物。这里并不是一架飞机和一辆火车的意思，而是“飞机比火车……”。
4.C。首先看到的是选项提供的都是不定冠词，那么“u”字母前的不定冠词是a还是an要看这个字母发音是什么，它虽然是元音字母，但是也有不发元音的时候，比如：university中的“u”发/ju:/，这是个半元音，这时它前面的冠词就要用“a”，unusual的“u”发的是元音，所以用an。

8.D。girl后边带了一个with的介词短语，是girl的定语，所以the特指这个girl；第二个空是表一个的用法， apple中的首字母“a”发元音所以用an；第三个空是用序数词表“又一次”的用法，因为句子的意思不强调顺序，所以这时序数词前要用不定冠词a，不定冠词后加序数词意思相当于“again”。
9.B。exercise在这句话中是不可数名词，意思是“锻炼”，不可数名词前不用冠词；hearts and lungs是名词复数泛指一类事物，也不用冠词。
10.C。live a simple life是个固定短语，plenty of后加复数名词或不可数名词，不用冠词。
